THESE TERMS OF USE ("TERMS") GOVERN YOUR USE OF STUDIQ. BY PROCEEDING WITH ANY FEATURE OR FUNCTION THAT REFERENCES THESE TERMS, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, PLEASE DISCONTINUE USE OF STUDIQ.
STUDIQ INCLUDES PAID SUBSCRIPTIONS THAT AUTOMATICALLY RENEW. Before authorizing any purchase, please carefully review these Terms (particularly Section 4) and all purchase-related disclaimers to understand:
- The nature and scope of your subscription
- All applicable fees and charges
- Subscription duration and renewal terms
- Cancellation procedures for subscriptions and trials
- Refund eligibility and process
STUDIQ IS NOT INTENDED FOR INDIVIDUALS UNDER THE AGE OF 16. If you don't meet this age requirement, please do not use our product.

1.1. STUDIQ is a subscription-based educational product offered via the website https://studiq.io ("Website") and our mobile application distributed via the Apple and Google App Stores ("App"), collectively referred to as the "Product" or "STUDIQ". The Product is provided by EYELLION LTD, a company registered under number HE 438880 in Limassol, Cyprus, having its registered address at Fragklinou Rousvelt, 140, 3011 (the "Company").
1.2. STUDIQ is designed as a comprehensive microlearning platform providing access to educational and edutainment content through various media formats, including but not limited to:
- Software and interactive features
- Designs, graphics, and illustrations
- Photos and images
- Animations and videos
- Scripts and texts
- Music, sounds, and voiceover content
- All other integrated content and features
This content is collectively referred to as the "Product Content". When these Terms reference the Product or STUDIQ, such references include all Product Content.
1.3. License Grant and Restrictions. Your use of STUDIQ is limited to personal, non-commercial purposes only. We grant you a personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and non-exclusive license to access and use the Product, subject to the following restrictions. You shall not (and shall not allow any third party to):
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works from the Product
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
- Sell, assign, sublicense, or transfer any rights in the Product
- Grant any security interests in the Product
- Use the Product for any commercial purpose
- Use the Product in any manner not permitted by these Terms

b. Auto-Renewal Terms
SUBSCRIPTIONS AUTOMATICALLY RENEW AND CHARGE AT THE END OF EACH PERIOD UNLESS CANCELLED AT LEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE RENEWAL.
c. Trial Access
- Trial periods may be offered as specified on the payment screen
- Trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled
- Cancel at least 24 hours before trial end to avoid charges
d. Cancellation Process
To cancel subscriptions or trials purchased on the website:

- Ensure cancellation at least 24 hours before renewal
4.3. In-App Purchases

4.4. Refund Policy
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Eligibility requirements:
- Minimum usage of 150 minutes per month within subscription period
- Contact within 30 calendar days of purchase
- Verifiable lack of progress despite consistent usage
Processing Time
- Initial processing: 2 business days
- Credit card/bank account receipt: Up to 10 business days
- Amount based on actual purchase price paid
4.5. Fee Changes
We reserve the right to modify subscription fees with:

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY CYPRUS LAW, NEITHER STUDIQ NOR ITS SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL BE LIABLE FOR:
- Incidental or consequential damages
- Lost profits or revenues
- Lost business opportunities
- Data loss or corruption
- Service interruptions
- System failures
- Any indirect damages
6.2. Liability Cap
Maximum liability limited to the greater of:
- Amounts paid for the Product in the past 12 months
- EUR 92 (approximately USD 100)
6.3. Essential Purpose
These limitations are fundamental elements of our agreement and apply even if any limited remedy fails of its essential purpose.
7. Indemnification
7.1. Scope of Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless STUDIQ, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, and costs and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees arising out of or in any way connected with:
- Your access to or use of the Product
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party right
- Any content you submit or provide
7.2. Defense Rights
We reserve the right to:
- Assume exclusive defense of any matter subject to indemnification
- Require your cooperation in defending claims
- Settle any matter at our discretion
8. Our Right to Suspend Your Access
8.1. Immediate Termination
We may immediately terminate your access for:
- Terms or Policy violations
- Law violations
- Providing false information
- Payment failures
- Legal requirements
- Regulatory demands
8.2. Termination with Notice
We may terminate service with notice when:
- Discontinuing the service

- Pro-rata refund for unused period
9. Applicable Law

9.2. Jurisdiction
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of:
- Courts of Limassol, Cyprus
- Cyprus District Courts where applicable
10. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating formal proceedings:
- Contact support@studiq.io with dispute details
- Allow 30 days for amicable resolution
- Engage in good-faith negotiations
10.2. Formal Proceedings
If informal resolution fails:
- Disputes subject to Cyprus Courts jurisdiction
- Proceedings conducted in English
- Cyprus law applies to all proceedings
10.3. Interim Relief
Nothing prevents either party from seeking interim or injunctive relief in appropriate courts to:
- Prevent irreparable harm
- Protect intellectual property rights
- Preserve status quo
11. Miscellaneous Provisions
11.1. Modifications
We may modify these Terms:
- With advance notice of changes
- Through app notifications or email
- Effective upon renewal for existing subscribers
11.2. Updates and Maintenance
- Regular software updates required
- Automatic updates may be mandatory
- Performance improvements and security patches
11.3. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable:
- The invalid portion shall be modified to minimum extent necessary
- Remaining provisions remain in full effect
- Original intent of provision preserved where possible
- Terms interpreted to maximum valid extent
11.4. Assignment
- Company may assign rights and obligations
- Users may not assign without written consent
- Terms bind successors and assigns
11.5. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures due to:
- Acts of God
- War or terrorism
- Government actions
- Network/system failures
- Other causes beyond reasonable control
11.6. Relationship of Parties
- No agency relationship created
- Parties are independent contractors
- No partnership or joint venture formed
- No employment relationship established
11.7. Notices
All notices shall be in writing and delivered by:

- In-app notifications where appropriate
11.8. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute:
- Complete agreement between parties
- Supersede all prior agreements
- Include all referenced policies
- May only be modified in writing
11.9. Survival
The following provisions survive termination:

- Payment obligations
- Indemnification duties
- Dispute resolution terms
- Liability limitations
11.10. Export Control
Users shall comply with:

- Import/export controls
